I had ordered Revlon product from Amazon earlier and it was good. But when ordered for the 2nd time, I felt it was not the same quality. What could be the problem?

This happened to me too. I ordered a USA brand but I noticed that it was made in Asia. Quality was significantly different.

As per my experience, there is a difference between the quality of the asian products and the US based products of the same brand. So it could be possible that first time when you bought it, it was from the US and the next one was from Asia.
I would suggest to ask the seller explicitly where the product is imported from while buying any imported product. You’ll assured you are buying good quality product next time
