Solution for Dry Hair

My hairs are too much dry. Totally damage and curly dry hair. Can someone please suggest a routine to take care of it?

There are lot of reasons for dry hair.

  • Original Texture
  • Too much use of chemicals.
  • Hard Water
  • No proper care, like oiling, hair spa, etc.
  • Use of wrong hair products
  • Weather conditions, pollution

You need to provide a proper nourishment to your hair to keep them hydrated and moisturised. Also, choose the haircare products wisely.

  • Make sure to do oiling before every hairwash. While applying oil, warm it a bit and massage. Leave it overnight if possible.
  • Select an organic/ natural oil as long as possible. Avoid using chemical based oils.
  • Use water softner if you have hard water. Hard water is really bad for hair.
  • Use pre-shampoo or hair mask before hair wash. Apply any good hair mask before hairwash for 30 mins then wash your hair. Do this atleast every 2 weeks.
  • Choose a shampoo that is paraben free and have good hair nourishing ingredients.
  • Always use hair conditioner after shampoo. This make hair smooth.
  • After wash, use hair serum to keep the hair moisturised on towel dry hair.
  • Avoid using too much hair dryer. Let it dry naturally.
  • Trim your hair in every 3 months.
